Are millo one cups and blending lids compatible with millo air?
Unfortunately not, but we have improved the lids for the better! They are open-profile, making them easier to clean, since the blades are exposed and there are no blind spots. The travel cups in millo air are lighter, but still as durable.

I want to back this project, but after choosing my pledge in the final step it shows that I want to reserve £0.00. What is wrong here?
You’re doing everything alright, this is how Kickstarter works -your card is authorized for validation, so you will not be charged. Instead, the full amount will be charged at the end of the campaign, on 6th October.

Why do you say there is no noise in millo air, no spinning parts, while I see the spinning blades?
In the traditional blender there is an engine in the base, which spins and vibrates, producing sound. In our case, there is no motor in the millo base itself, instead there is a magnetic field generator (MAD). That’s why if we examine the millo base separately, there is 0 dBA noise, since nothing spins or vibrates. But yes, if we look at the whole blender, blending cup included, it will produce noise, but only from blending the ingredients, as they are being crushed by the blades and hit on the sides of the cup. This noise produced is significantly lower compared to other blenders because of this technology.

I don’t need a portable blender to fit in my jeans pocket. Why would you need that?
You are right, we don’t usually use blenders that way. It was just a creative way to put the blender base in perspective and show how small it is. Compared with most popular personal blenders in the market, millo air base is about 10x smaller in size. Our aim is to showcase how blending is no longer constricted to your kitchen. You can use it while traveling, since it does not need a cable and a power plug. Just take it, and blend in seconds - it is always ON, always ready for you.

How powerful is millo air? How many watts?
When creating millo and designing the blades, we took into consideration the peak blending performance. We have seen in our labs that millo delivers as good of blending results (if not better) compared to a blender of 1000W. It is so powerful enough to crush ice cubes, nuts, frozen berries and veggies, or even a full size carrot. Technically speaking, millo air has 450W peak power, but we care deeply about saving energy, sustainability, and we are proud that we can deliver great results with less noise, heat and energy used.

Can I back this project without signing up on Kickstarter? Is this a safe platform?
It is not possible to back projects without an account. In order to receive perks and benefits offered the early backers have to sign-up. Kickstarter is the World’s most known platform for crowdfunding. Thousands of great products we know have started on Kickstarter. It is as credible and safe as having an Amazon or Facebook account. We advise you to connect via your Facebook or Apple ID, so there would be no need to re-enter your name and email again.

Will there be different colors available for millo air?
Yes, other colours for millo’s base will be available, if we reach a certain threshold in this campaign. If we do, the colour options will be enabled.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
